  “The Skullcandy Crusher lowdown”

Skullcandy Crusher Headphones The Skullcandy Crusher headphones are a great addition to any Skullcandy lover’s arsenal. The bass these headphones bring exactly what you expect from the band and do not disappoint at all. You get that real deep, rich bass you always expect when you pick up a pair of these babies. It could be the earbuds or earphones Skullcandy always seems to deliver.

“Let check out the build”

Okay as far as looks are concerned the Skullcandy Crusher wireless earphones are not flashy in any way. They actually have a pretty plain look to them. They feature a simple yet nice matte finish on them but if you need something a little more noticeable they are also available in white with tan ear cups.

If you see them from a distance they look okay but when you hold them and feel them well they feel kind of cheap. They do have a sturdy build to them. The imitation leather for the ear cups and headband do fell very soft to the touch.

When it comes to wearing them, the ear cups have memory foam in them and are really comfortable to wear for hours. On the right ear cup there are three button, one plus that acts as forward skip and volume. The minus acts as skiop backwards and volume down. The circular button takes the role of powering on, pairing, answering, and ending a call.

The left ear features one slider for the bass that your experiencing. The bass is so potent you won’t have to slide it all the way to the top often, these things rock! Now the Skullcandy Crusher wireless headphones do fold up nicely for portability.

The headsets get marked up very easily so if your constantly moving them around by the end of the day, you will have your very own fingerprint collection. On the upside it does come with its own carry case. The case is water proof, soft made what feels like faux fur.

“Notable Features”

Skullcandy Crusher Headphones

The adjustable bass from the headset has haptic feedback any Skullcandy lover would adore. When you put on a song that is rich in bass you become the bass to the point where you think your in a club. If you close your eyes they can take you away from everything you do not want to currently deal with and send you into another world.

Turning the headset up can tend to distort vocals. The drums, and bass will dominate all your songs. I love bass just as well as the next guy but this headset can dish out too much if your not careful. Another plus with the bass slider is when you turn the slider all the way down, the Skullcandy Crusher headset actual sounds very well rounded in all genres.

Skullcandy Crusher  When you play games with these they are absolutely amazing. The explosions and footsteps in COD make you feel like your right in the middle of battle. Every game sounded like Dolby experience. Watching movies put me instantly in the movie theater. You can hear and feel the humming of a light sabre in Star Wars. The cars in the Fast and the Furious raise your goose bumps as they race through streets.

These are hands down perfect for video games and movies. The are not noise cancelling headphones and the sound does leak out a little bit but, the sound they produce will out weigh the leakage. The microphone is extremely good, clear and could be heard in an outside setting just as good. The battery life is really good, it lasted for 40 hours of average usage. In the case you somehow run out of battery life there is a cord with inline controls for your convenience. The only problem I seen with that is that the 3.5mm headphone jack is red and blue which looks kind of funky.

“The Verdict”

The Skullcandy Crusher Headphones offer the best bass around for the price. They deliver on what the brand is know for. I feel like the battery life is excellent. Using it for calls and online use for talking was clear and satisfying. Adjusting the haptic slider is a complete joy to use and would paint a smile on any gamers face. This headset can be found for $145.00. If you want something with a less bass and features more on acoustics you can check out the Sennheiser HD Pro 200 or the CB3 Hush Headphones
