Nintendo is reminiscing about the past in a very good way. As of lately the gaming digital giant that helped kick off the gaming industry in a big way makes billions off of the newly released Pokémon go. Now the company has its eyes set on releasing a new remake of the Original 1985 NES called the Nintendo Entertainment System: NES Classic Edition. Its set to launch on November 11th of this year. also it comes pre-installed with 30 classic games including The Legend of Zelda, Super Mario Brothers, Metroid, and Donkey Kong. The console will be priced at $60 US. it has been slightly upgraded, they pack in a HDMI cable, adapter, and a classic edition controller designed from the original. Nintendo will be selling a second controller as well for $10 bucks, just in case you don’t like odd numbers or just want to play with a friend.
You can also connect these controllers to a Wii Remote. Additional new features include having multiple suspend points in the games unlike the previous generation. I cannot wait until this system arrives, I got to have it. Being able to play an official version of the classic nintendo without the trouble of blowing in the cartridge or using the old alcohol on a Q-tip just makes me smile thinking about it.
